Welcome to my website
I'm an ARC Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford, working within the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) Thames Valley Age Well Theme. My research focuses on healthy ageing, multiple long-term conditions, behavioural science, and co-produced approaches to improving health and care.
I use qualitative and mixed-methods research to work alongside patients, communities, healthcare professionals, and organisations to develop evidence-based interventions and services that are meaningful, practical, and implementable in real-world settings.

Research, Relationships and Real-World Impact
At the heart of my work is a belief that research should make a meaningful difference to people's lives.
Throughout my career, I have worked alongside patients, communities, healthcare professionals, researchers and organisations to better understand lived experiences and turn those insights into practical improvements in health and care.
I'm always interested in opportunities to collaborate, share ideas and learn from others.
